la bellezza può apparire in qualsiasi momento date le giuste circostanze, contesto o punto di vista

Mensch – in tedesco Persona – è un lavoro sul tema della Bellezza. Un trittico: due a solo ed un duo si giustappongono tra loro. Tre spazi abitati da tre atmosfere, tre modalità che esprimono tre aspetti fondamentali della Bellezza, tutte con il comune denominatore del femminile, dell’ essere umano, della persona. Come i movimenti dei danzatori attraversano il tempo e lo spazio, così il pubblico è invitato a muoversi intorno ai danzatori. Attraversare come un flusso le tre atmosfere, lasciarsi muovere emozionalmente dalla giustapposizione delle tre modalità. In Mensch ogni attimo scorre per non restare attraverso il preziosissimo lavoro di composizione istantanea del danzatore interprete. I tre interventi danzati si offrono allo sguardo dello spettatore come opere, una galleria di corpi e di movimenti. Il momento, l’immediatezza, la sincronicità diventano valore.“Mensch è come un manifesto della mia idea di arte: bellezza = presenza = permeabilità = esposizione = fragilità = coraggio = rischio = scambio” [gabriella riccio]. L’assolo è ispirato alla bellezza esibita, come percepita da J. Baudrillard , la concezione del corpo contemporaneo come corpo macchina, corpo oggettivizzato, corpo plastificato, irraggiungibile, intoccabile, esibito. Un movimento pubblico, logico e razionale, modulare, progressivo, simmetrico, materiale, dove i sensi sono ignorati. Il duo riprende e sviluppa il tema della fragilità, del rischio, dell’equilibriio-disequilibrio di forze e di potere Altro assolo è incentrato sul tema della bellezza ispirata al canone estetico giapponese di wabi-sabi: bellezza come privato, solitudine, intuitivo, relativo, ciclico, equilibrio, semplice, sobrio, naturale, tranquillo.

Beauty can appear at any moment, given the right circumstances, context or point of view

Mensch – ‘person’ in German – is a work on the theme of beauty. A tryptych – three simultaneous performances composed of two solos and one duo – are juxtaposed among themselves. Three spaces are inhabited by three ambiences, three modalities which express three fundamental aspects of beauty, all with the common denominators of the feminine, of the human being, of the person. Just as the movements of the dancers pass through time and space, so the public is invited to go into action and flow through the three ambiences, to let themselves be moved emotionally by the juxtaposition of the three modalities. Throughout the precious work of instant composition of the artist-dancers, each instant can never again be repeated. The three dance pieces are offered to the gaze of the spectator as works of art, and as a gallery of bodies and movements. The moment, immediacy and synchronicity become values. “Mensch is like a manifesto of my idea of art:beauty = presence = permeability = exposure = fragility = courage = risk = exchange.” [gabriella riccio] . The solo is inspired by exhibited beauty, as perceived by J. Baudrillard: the conception of the contemporary body as machine body, objectivised body, plasticized body, unobtainable, untouchable, exhibited. A movement that is public, logical and rational, modular, progressive, symmetrical, material, in which the senses are ignored.The duo takes up and develops the theme of fragility, of risk, of the balance-imbalance of forces and powers.The other solo is centred on the theme of beauty inspired by the Japanese aesthetic canon of wabi-sabi: beauty as private, intuitive, relative, cyclic, sober, natural, calm, solitude, balance, simplicity.
